General Jeff / Skid Row Photography Club/ "The Letter" - The funniest videos are a click away

General Jeff is a founding member of “The Skid Row Photography Club” as well as a current Board Member of DLANC. A few months back we asked the club members to write a short piece on their experiences and observation regarding SRPC; this video is entitled “The Letter”. He also heads a powerful community grass-roots organization known as “Issues & Solutions”.
